This study explores the challenges and opportunities of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Vocational Education, focusing on digital technologies, management, assessment, multilingualism and AI. The main objective is to critically analyze how AI can transform vocational education, highlighting the main challenges and potentials associated with its implementation. Using a qualitative approach, the research was conducted through an in-depth review of nine recent articles, covering both theory and current practices in the field. The methodological approach included a detailed analysis of scientific articles, a literature review and discussion of cases of practical application of AI. The conclusion of the study reveals that, although AI offers significant opportunities for personalizing learning, optimizing management and inclusion, there are substantial challenges to be addressed, such as the need for adequate technological infrastructure, continuous training of educators, and ethical data management. The study highlights the importance of a balanced and integrated approach, which considers both technical, pedagogical and ethical aspects, to ensure that AI is implemented effectively and beneficially for all students in vocational education.
